PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING
• We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.
• We currently ship within India only.
• All orders are prepaid — we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

DELIVERY TIMELINE
• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

All Luxarq pieces are carefully packed in branded packaging to ensure safe delivery and a premium unboxing experience.

Luxarq is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. In case of significant delays, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
