We want you to love every Luxarq piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, resized, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email us at luxarqofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Mention your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

REFUND PROCESS
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at luxarqofficial@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Items purchased during sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Customised or personalised pieces cannot be returned.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
